The property consists of a large two-level house (200 m2) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, living room, kitchen and various utility rooms, on a plateau overlooking expanses of green hills. The property also includes several agricultural lands (especially olive groves), partly detached, for a total of approximately 27,000 m2. The agricultural lands belonging to the property (about 27,000 m2) are mostly olive groves which extend on a slight slope at the foot of the house, beyond a country road. Other terrains are woods, arable land or separate pastures in the surrounding valley and hills.

Civitaquana is a small municipality in the Province of Pescara with about 1,200 inhabitants at an altitude of 550 m. asl. near the Gran Sasso National Park. In the village there are several bars, a few shops, the post office, the pharmacy and the generally necessary services, bus connections with the city of Pescara. The big city of Pescara, with the beaches of the Adriatic Sea, the railway stations and the international airport is about 30' away.
