The house is located right in the center of the village in a hilly position with a wide panorama of the Aterno Valley and Monte Sirente; it can be reached both from the top and from the bottom of the village and has parking lots nearby.

It has been structurally renovated and has new floors and roof. Free on three sides and articulated on 4 floors, it has access to different levels:

  • In the basement, two stone and brick portals lead from the alley into splendid large cellars (connectable) directly carved into the rock and once used as warehouses and stables.

Molina Aterno is a municipality of 430 inhabitants. at 512 m. asl part of the Sirentina mountain community, on the right bank of the Aterno River, in the splendid scenery of the Subequana Valley. Present in the village some bars, shops and equipped green areas; numerous excursions to the surrounding mountains and to the nearby villages of the Velino-Sirente Regional Park are possible. Every year in August the "Festival of frogs and dumplings" is organized. Valuable monuments are the Church of SM degli Angeli (XII century), San Nicola with a precious seventeenth-century bell tower and the Baronial Palace on the large central square. Several daily connections with buses and trains (Sulmona L'Aquila line) allow you to reach the cities of internal Abruzzo and from these Pescara with the airport and the Adriatic Sea (60 ') and Rome (90'). The A25 motorway (Pratola Peligna) is about 20 'away.
