Country property with large house (400 m2) on four levels, to be restored, in a splendid, peaceful and panoramic position overlooking the valley below. The property is largely fenced and also includes several outbuildings (building with terrace above, garage) in approximately 60,000 m2 of slightly sloping land with 300 olive trees and 20 almond trees to be made productive again. The house is divided into four floors:

The basement floor has a direct entrance from the garden and is connected to the first floor by a small internal staircase. The ground floor has the main door on the façade, which leads to a large stone staircase that goes up to the upper floor, and a large multi-leaf door that gives access to a warehouse and a cellar with vaulted ceilings, rear opening and connections direct interiors with the other levels of the house. The extensive first floor has three bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms and a large eat-in kitchen with another fireplace. From the kitchen you can go out onto a rear terrace or into a hallway with another internal staircase to the upper floor. There are numerous panoramic windows on all sides. The second floor attic, left unfinished, has a roof with exposed wooden beams and a central corridor which connects three other rooms and two bathrooms with windows and skylights.

The water / thermal / electric systems have been prepared and must be completed, the floors are largely to be installed, the internal and external fixtures are to be renewed. The roof requires the insertion of insulation. In a side space between the house and the shed, a large underground concrete cistern was also built to collect rainwater with various access points.

Ofena is a municipality of just over 500 inhabitants. at 531 m. asl in Prov. of Aquila in Abruzzo, in a dominant position in the Tirino River Valley. Part of its territory falls within the Gran Sasso National Park, not far from Campo Imperatore and the ski resorts. The ancient town is a medieval fortified village with high characteristic houses flanked for defensive purposes. Present some ancient churches and convents of interest. In the village there are some shops, restaurants and essential services. Bus connections with nearby centers; Highways and Railway Stations in about 20 '. The city of Aquila is half an hour away by car, Pescara with the airport and the beaches of the Adriatic Sea at 60 ', Rome at 90'.
