The rooms on the first floor are marked by fine arches and cross vaults, there is a large living room with open kitchen, fireplace and balcony followed by a double bedroom. A further short flight of stairs leads to the second floor with two double bedrooms and a bathroom; the bedrooms have stone balconies from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the houses of the Borgo and the surrounding area with the mountains of the Maiella-Morrone National Park.
The gas heating system with wall radiators must be modernized and reactivated as well as the water and electrical systems. The internal and external fixtures are the original ones in wood to be safeguarded by optimizing them. The floors in marble grit or decorated ceramics are characteristic.
